Our session will be held virtually over video with a software called Zoom. If you are not familiar with Zoom I would encourage you to sign on for our call about 5 minutes early as you may be asked to do a brief software download - don't worry, it's safe.
You will find the login information in your calendar invite, as well as in the reminder emails. It will be helpful of you have a webcam on your computer (most laptops have one built in) and a microphone (your computer's built-in microphone is fine).
